This project involved the renovation and addition to an existing 1,400 s.f. house, circa 1950's, into a 7,500 s.f. upscale restaurant. The first floor of the existing building, which is the hub of circulation into and through the restaurant, provides an entry / waiting area, along with two intimate dining rooms and a hospitality station. The upper level accommodates 3 small meeting / dining rooms, two of which contain original, working fireplaces.

Additions were constructed on three sides of the existing building. The first holds a large dining room, separated from a smaller, more intimate dining area by a central double stone fireplace. On the opposite side of the existing residence, a second addition contains the lounge and lounge dining area which is highlighted by a stone fireplace. The third addition at the rear of the structure contains the new kitchen.

A 120 seat exterior patio surrounded by a low brick masonry wall and landscaping provides a view of open fields and the Lexington skyline.
