EOP was commissioned to design a flagship fitness center for Energy Sports and Fitness Clubs. Converted from a distribution warehouse and retail store, this 83,000 square feet facility includes tenant spaces for coffee, smoothie, tanning, hair salon, and physical therapy with individual storefronts. Fitness amenities include large open floor areas for free weights, cardio equipment, basketball, racquetball, aerobics studios, ladies’ fitness room, kickboxing, spinning, Yoga, Pilates, a running track, and cardio cinema. Standout design elements include the entry tower and the use of masonry, concrete, and sleek industrial metals throughout.
