The Woodford County Fiscal Court selected EOP Architects to provide design services for this new facility which consists of four major components:

The recreation component features a gymnasium with three basketball courts, elevated running track, fitness and aerobics workout rooms, and staff offices.

The aquatics component features an indoor 8-lane, 25-yard competition pool, indoor hydrotherapy pool, party room, large outdoor splash pool complex with concession and restrooms, pool and team storage, and staff offices.

The theater component features a 300+ seat theater with scene shop and storage, costume and prop workroom and storage, dressing rooms, offices, and a ticket booth.

The shared spaces component includes locker rooms, child care, community education and multi-purpose rooms, a kitchen and concession area, as well as the Woodford County Recreation Department’s central offices.
