The project consisted of the adaptive re-use and renovation of an existing historical building into a luxury suite hotel. The project also required the addition of a third floor area and included extensive interior and exterior renovation and restoration. The project was designed in accordance to the Department of Interiors Standards for Historical Renovation and received the highest recognition from the Kentucky Historic Commission upon its completion.
