EOP Architects was selected to provide design services for the renovation of this historic, 1,000-seat theater. The renovation required the inclusion of office space above the theater, to be occupied by the adjoining Lexington - Fayette Urban County Government. Both interior and exterior elements were involved in the renovation and required restoration and upgrading to comply with ADA and current building code requirements.
