EOP has been selected by Equity Management Group, Inc. and Lexington's Real-Estate Company to provide design services for Main + Rose. This new development, in Lexington's downtown, will include street-level retail spaces, a two story parking garage, and 96 luxury lofts with a fitness center. The project is scheduled for completion in 2007.
