This project required the addition of 26,000 s.f. and the renovation of 25,000 s.f. of the existing historic Pike County Courthouse. The renovation included complete interior and exterior finishes, structural repair, window replacement, HVAC, and electrical and fire protection. The new facility was designed to accommodate 15 county agencies, the fiscal court, a museum, and office suites for district judges.
