It consists of two free-standing restaurants and two multi-shop buildings symmetrically lining a tree-shaded street. This layout provides an upscale small-town feeling, emphasized by angled on-street parking. Site amenities include benches, banners, al fresco dining areas and a central art/fountain feature. The brick exteriors feature both fabric awnings and metal louvered awnings. Each strip of shops includes 14,000 square feet of retail/business space.
