Since
joining the firm in 1984, Richard has provided planning, programming and
management services for health care, laboratory/research, educational,
correctional, industrial, and office facilities. His experience includes
work for various department and agencies of the federal government, as
well as the Commonwealth of Kentucky and numerous city and county governments.
Richard’s primary responsibilities include the oversight of construction
administration activities for the firm’s many projects, supporting
project managers as needed in the critical last phase of the project to
ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and client service.
Richard is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and serves on a number
of civic and academic committees. He is a LEEDTM
certified professional and has given numerous presentations on the topic
of sustainable design at industry events.
